We are based in Bingley, about twenty-five minutes down the valley — genuinely local, and in Skipton and the Craven villages regularly.
How quickly can you come out to Skipton?
Normally within a day or two — we are honest about scheduling rather than promising the moon. If it is urgent, say so when you call and we will do our best, and many problems can be fixed the same day by remote support.
Do you cover the villages outside Skipton?
Yes — Embsay, Carleton, Gargrave, Cononley, Bradley and the surrounding BD23 villages. Further into the Dales, ring us and we will give you a straight yes or no.
What if I only need someone for half an hour?
The £95 call-out includes the first full hour. If the job is done in 20 minutes we still stay for the rest of the hour and use it to check the rest of your tech or answer any questions — we never rush out early.
