How our coverage works
We are a small, genuinely local team based in Bingley (BD16). That means we know the roads, the towns and the broadband quirks of our patch. We do not have 47 sub-offices pretending to be everywhere at once — we just drive out from Bingley in whichever direction you need us, usually within about thirty minutes either way up or down the Aire and Wharfe valleys, and across to Leeds and Bradford.
You will find the twelve towns with their own dedicated pages listed below, plus dozens of villages we also cover at the same call-out rate. If your village is not listed, that does not necessarily mean we cannot come — it just means we have not had the request often enough to write a page about it. Check your postcode
Our core coverage is BD1–BD22, LS1–LS29, HX1–HX7, HD1–HD9, BD19–BD20 and WF12–WF17. If your postcode starts with any of those, you are almost certainly in our area. If not, call us anyway — we sometimes travel further for regular customers.

Bradford and surrounds
Our home patch. We are in Bradford district every day, from the city centre out to the villages.
Leeds suburbs and Wharfedale
Regular runs into north and west Leeds and up into Wharfedale.
Other areas we cover at the same rate
These towns and villages do not have their own page yet, but we visit them often and at the same call-out rate as our main areas. Distances are roughly from our Bingley base.
Airedale — between Bradford and Skipton
Everything along the Aire valley from the edge of Bradford up towards Skipton. Short runs for us and covered routinely.
We cover Riddlesden and East Morton across the river from Keighley, Steeton and Silsden as you head up the valley, plus the villages of Oakworth, Oxenhope, Cullingworth, Denholme, Harden, Cottingley, Crossflatts, Micklethwaite and Wilsden. All within twenty minutes of our base.
Wharfedale — Ilkley, Otley and the villages
Up the Wharfe valley from Ilkley. A bit further for us but regular work.
Beyond Ilkley and Otley themselves, we regularly visit Addingham, Ben Rhydding, Burley in Wharfedale, Menston, Pool-in-Wharfedale, Bramhope and Harewood.
Bradford district villages
Within the wider Bradford metropolitan district but outside the city centre itself.
Includes Apperley Bridge, Greengates, Eccleshill, Idle, Wrose, Thackley, Allerton, Clayton, Queensbury, Thornton, Denholme, Eldwick, and Nab Wood.
North and west Leeds
The Leeds suburbs we reach easily from Bingley via Shipley or the A65.
Beyond Horsforth, Guiseley and Pudsey, we cover Yeadon, Rawdon, Adel, Cookridge, Alwoodley, Moortown, Headingley, Chapel Allerton, Roundhay, Shadwell, Farsley, Stanningley, Calverley, Kirkstall, and Rodley.
Kirklees and Calderdale edges
A bit further from us, but well within reach. We are particularly happy to travel for regular customers or bigger jobs.
Covers Brighouse, Rastrick, Elland, Greetland, Sowerby Bridge, Mirfield, Ossett, Heckmondwike, Cleckheaton, Liversedge, Roberttown, Birstall, and Gildersome.

If your town or village is not listed above, do not assume we cannot come. We are happy to travel for a reasonable fee on top of the call-out if you are just outside our core patch, and we regularly do longer trips for customers we have worked with before. Give us a quick ring on 01274 905724 and we will be honest about whether we can help and what it would cost.
If you are well outside West Yorkshire, we may not be the right fit — but we also offer remote support, where we connect to your computer over the internet and fix it without needing to visit. That works anywhere in the UK and is often quicker and cheaper than a home visit for software-only problems.
